The key focus for us was creating a wedding that gave back to our guests so they could have as much fun as possible and feel truly appreciated. We also wanted a venue that felt personal and reflected who we are. Angepatio excelled at both and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had only three months to plan everything from start to finish. On top of that, we are a Canadian couple living overseas in a completely different time zone. We needed a reliable venue that could move quickly and communicate effectively. Angepatio was incredible from the very beginning. Their efficiency immediately put us at ease, and we knew we could trust them.
The groom is of Catholic and Filipino heritage, and we wanted to include traditional ceremonies such as the veil, cord, coins, and candle, along with a bilingual priest who could communicate in both English and Japanese. Angepatio happily accommodated all of these requests and even provided a beautiful chair for the ceremonies.
We also organized games for our guests, including bingo, a snowman jar guessing game, and a portrait game where each table drew the bride and groom. The portrait game was Angepatio’s suggestion and was a huge success. We are very grateful for their creativity.
Given our tight timeline, having a dependable and efficient team was essential. Angepatio delivered not only in execution but also in warmth and professionalism. They were a joy to work with, and their dedication was evident in all the thoughtful touches they added. Even when we were occasionally late or unprepared, they were always accommodating and supportive.
While it can be tempting to choose a venue based on appearance or location, our experience showed that having a trustworthy and capable team matters far more. That said, Angepatio is also a beautiful venue in Shibuya, but it is their exceptional service that truly sets them apart.
